SIIG's Cyber 2S1P 950 PCI adapter card is designed to add two 9-pin RS232 serial ports and one 25-pin IEEE 1284 parallel port to your current desktop computer. This Serial Parallel Combo all-in-one PCI adapter features two High-speed 16950 UART serial ports with built-in 128-byte FIFO buffers. They work smoothly as standard RS-232 serial ports to support devices including ISDN terminal adapters, PDAs, digital cameras, label printers and other serial port devices. Or they can be configured as 5V or 12V power outputs for devices requiring power, such as scanners and POS displays. The Cyber 2S1P 950 PCI's 25-pin parallel port supports EPP/ECP and SPP (standard) parallel port modes and is ideal for connecting additional printer to your desktop computer. Additional features of the Cyber 2S1P 950 PCI adapter card include IRQ sharing to reduce IRQ conflicts, and PME (Power Management Event) that allows device to request change in system power state (wake up system). It comes with an enhanced bend-resistant bracket to provide a more secure connection to the system, and is a cost-effective and reliable solution to connect a wide variety of serial and parallel devices.
