General Return Policy

To qualify for a return, all products require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number prior to being returned, must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer.  All returns will be inspected and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at SabrePC’s sole discretion.  Any product that is not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us.  This includes:

    • Any product not purchased from SabrePC.com
    • Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, cables, blank warranty cards, and all other items originally included with the product
    • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage
    • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate

  • You may obtain an RMA number by contacting SabrePC Customer Service (http://www.sabrepc.com/t-contact.aspx). 


Mail-In Rebate Policy
Products offering a mail-in rebate are not returnable to SabrePC once the rebate has been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending in for your rebate. Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable and will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at SabrePC’s sole discretion. Only the product manufacturer can replace a defective item missing the UPC code.

 

Quantity Purchases
While SabrePC is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies. Please contact Customer Service with any questions you may have.

Workstation Graphics Limited Replacement Only 6-Month Return Policy.

  • Return for refund within: non-refundable
  • Return for replacement within: 6 months
  • Restocking Fee: Yes
  • For no additional cost, SabrePC offers a full 6-Month Limited Replacement Only Return Policy for many of our workstation class video cards.  Products must be returned to SabrePC within 6 months of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by SabrePC, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

    The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise you have returned to SabrePC being returned to you:

     

    • Products exhibiting physical damage
    • Products that are missing the manufacturer label containing model number, part number or serial number
    • Products that are missing the manufacturer warranty label
    • Products returned without all included accessories, bonus games, and documentation

    Limited Replacement Only 30-Day Return Policy.

    1. Return for refund within: non-refundable
    2. Return for replacement within: 30 days
    3. Restocking Fee: Yes

    Products must be returned to SabrePC within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by SabrePC, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

    The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise you have returned to SabrePC being returned to you:

     

    • Products exhibiting physical damage
    • Products that are missing the manufacturer label containing model number, part number or serial number
    • Products that are missing the manufacturer warranty label
    • Products returned without all included accessories, bonus games, and documentation

     

    Software Standard Return Policy

    • Return Retail Software for refund within: non-refundable
    • Return OEM Software for refund within: non-refundable
    • Return Defective (Retail or OEM) Software for replacement within: 30 days
    • Restocking Fee: Yes

    Products must be returned to SabrePC within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by SabrePC, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

    The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise you have returned to SabrePC being returned to you:

     

    • Software items that have been opened (if requesting a refund)
    • Software items lacking the original packaging

     

    Limited Non-Cancelable, Non-Refundable (NCNR) Replacement Only 10-Day Return Policy

    • Return for refund within: non-cancelable, non-refundable (NCNR)
    • Return for replacement within: 10 days
    • Restocking Fee: Yes

    Products covered by this return policy are non-cancelable and non-refundable.  SabrePC has no obligation to accept return of any product covered by this return policy for whatever reason, with the sole exception of when the product is found to be damaged or defective at time of receipt, as long as SabrePC is notified within 10 days of receipt of any such product.

     

    Damaged or defective products must be returned to SabrePC within 10 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by SabrePC, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

     

    The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise you have returned to SabrePC being returned to you:
