| To qualify for a return, all products require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number prior to being returned, must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. All returns will be inspected and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at SabrePC’s sole discretion. |
The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise you have returned to SabrePC being returned to you: |
- Any product not purchased from SabrePC.com - Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number - Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, cables, blank warranty cards, and all other items originally included with the product - Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging - Any product that exhibits physical damage - Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate |

Products covered by this return policy are non-cancelable and non-refundable. SabrePC has no obligation to accept return of any product covered by this return policy for whatever reason, with the sole exception of when the product is found to be damaged or defective at time of receipt, as long as SabrePC is notified within 10 days of receipt of any such product. Damaged or defective products must be returned to SabrePC within 10 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by SabrePC, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. Products that state “This item can be returned to the product manufacturer only” may be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement (if eligible within manufacturer’s warranty), unless otherwise required by law. | For no additional cost, SabrePC offers a full 6-Month Limited Replacement Only Return Policy for many of our workstation class video cards. Products eligible for refund must be returned to SabrePC within 30 days of the invoice date. Products eligible for replacement due to manufacturer defects must be returned to SabrePC within 6 months of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by SabrePC, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. |

- Any CPU that is physically damaged - Improper installation of CPU fans and/or improper clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent/broken pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use. |

- Any memory showing physical damage - Modules without manufacturer label containing model number and part number - Modules without the manufacturer warranty label - Modules that were shipped with a manufacturer-applied heat spreader, but have had the heat spreader removed - "Kit" Modules (which contain 2 or more memory modules packaged together) that are not returned as complete set - USB Drives, Thumb Drives, Flash Memory, or any related product that is returned without the cap or protective casing |
